Do you charge to do a transfer over the phone?
Yes, the charge is $10.00. Transfers can be done for free through Internet Banking or TABS.
Can I get my account number over the phone?
No, we cannot give that information over the phone.
Can I verify a check drawn on your bank?
Yes, you may call our Customer Accounting Department at 859-873-3136 or 800-873-0236 during regular banking hours. Also you can verify a check drawn on us 24/7 by using our TABS system – 877-873-8227.
Do you charge a daily fee for being over drawn?

It’s a joint account, why can’t you reset my Internet Banking; my spouse gave me the access id and password or why can’t I just use my spouses’ login information?
For privacy reasons we can only speak to the person that is enrolled for Internet Banking. This insures that only the accounts that are viewed in Internet Banking are accounts that you personally have rights to see.
Why am I being asked a security question every time I login, I registered this computer already.
If you are using Mozilla Firefox or a newer Laptop, you will always be asked a question. Any other browser will vary depending on your browser security, firewall etc. Having to answer the questions is not an error on our part.
What is the difference in an express transfer and scheduled transfer in Internet Banking?
Express Transfer allows the funds to be immediately available; whereas Scheduled Transfer schedules it for a future date i.e. you want $10 to be transferred every two weeks to your Savings account or your loan.
Why do I have to change my password? This is inconvenient.
For security reasons we require you to change your password every six months.
Why do I have to re-enroll for Internet Banking?
For security reasons, if you do not access your accounts for six months, your Internet Banking information is automatically deleted.
Can’t you just enroll me in eStatements?
No, we cannot. You must agree to the terms and conditions and prove by reading them that you can view an Adobe PDF document. Visit Adobe’s website for more information.

No, you must first enroll for Internet Banking and then click on the Bill Pay (Express Pay) enrollment icon located at the top in Internet Banking.
What happens to my card when it’s left in the ATM?
