Mobile Deposit is a quick and simple way to make a deposit to your United Bank account from your mobile device. You can submit check deposits securely using our easy self-guided process, saving you time and gas!
Sign up by logging in to Online Banking. Select Services and choose Mobile Deposit Enrollment.*
*Mobile deposit requires approval. There is a $0.50 charge for each deposited check.
The quickest way to get account information! Enable text banking for your device from within online banking (choose Text Enrollment under Settings). Then provide your SMS Text Number, agree to the terms and conditions, and switch the Off status to On and Save.
To receive account information, text command options to 226563:
- BAL or BAL <account nickname> - Request account balance
- HIST <account nickname> - Request account history
- XFER <from account nickname> to <account nickname> <amount> - Transfer funds between accounts
- LIST - Receive a list of keywords
- STOP - Stop all text messages to the mobile device (for text banking and SMS alerts/notifications)

Quicken and QuickBooks
IMPORTANT: Intuit aggregation services will be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days. Quicken users who need to update their data files during this outage are encouraged to convert to Web Connect to download a QFX file. The following services will not work during the outage:
- Express Web Connect (Quicken Win/Essentials Mac)
- QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Mint users: please do not open Mint for 3-5 business days after the conversion to ensure the Mint product is properly updated. After that, no additional customer action should be required.
