What You Need to Bring for Loans

In applying for a loan with United Bank, you may be asked for the following information:

General Information

  • Completed loan application (Please include all account numbers, names and addresses for all bank accounts and creditors)
  • Paycheck stubs from the last 30 days showing year-to-date earnings
  • Copies of W-2 Forms for the past year
  • Landlord contact information (name, address, telephone number) if you have rented in the last 24 months
  • Bank statements from the past two months for all checking and savings accounts
  • Statements from the past two months for CDs, IRAs, 401(k), stocks and bonds if you intend to use any of them as down payment

Self-employed

  • Signed copies of the last 2 years personal and business federal income tax returns
  • Year-to-date profit and loss statement

Recently Divorced

  • Signed copy of all divorce decrees, including any stipulations and modifications
  • Proof of receipt of child support payments for the last 2 years (only if you intend to use this income to qualify for your mortgage loan.)
  • Proof that child support payments are current if you are required to pay child support

Purchase Details

  • Copy of real estate sales contract signed by all buyers and sellers
  • Copy of purchase contract for your existing home if a sale is pending
  • Closing Disclosure, if you have already sold your present home
